I thought that the arrangement was beautiful, but looked like it was one or two days pasts its best when I received it. I understand that Valentine's day is busy and some of the arrangements may have been made in advance. I would recommend your florist in the future and hope that the quality would be better on another day.

My husband thought that he gets better results and value when he calls in person to request an arrangement (perhaps Janet and Linda have spoiled him). I ordered the spring daffodils, not even realizing that it was the completely wrong time of the year for them, haha. I was satisfied at how quickly I was contacted due to the situation and changing the selection of flowers, I was very impressed at by only saying I wanted a "pink bouquet" for my girlfriend, and how it resulted, my girlfriend was very happy, which made me happy (because I had no idea what flowers to expect), and I'm completely satisfied.

My only suggestion would be to adjust your website to allow purchase or more than one item on an order. I would definitely use your shop again in the future.
